remember that only with your support for Winter Extravaganza

long tradition of providing your students with academic and religious
instruction of the highest level. There are still some
areas that need more volunteers. We need everyone’s
help. Please sign up today! A Volunteer
Sign-up sheet is in today’s carrier. Thank you for
all you do for Christ Child Academy and our students.

The radio commercial for Catholic Schools Week
that Mr. Beitzel and I did to promote Catholic Schools is currently

Walk,
Run, Bike to Vancouver
I can see the lights of Vancouver! We are
only 67 miles away from
the site of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Our parents continue to amaze me
with their dedication to fitness. Continue to spend quality time with
your children. Go for a walk with your children and enjoy the Christmas
lights and decorations. Continue to turn in your miles. --Mrs.
Magar
Three elementary students will have their work displayed
in the school office and three middle school students will have their work
displayed in the middle school hallway. Be sure to check them out when you
come to school.
Campbell’s Soup program

How would you like to help CCA buy equipment by...EATING?
Thats right, you can help CCA by collecting Campbell's soup labels! Last year
we collected 14,700 labels, allowing CCA to purchase playground balls, soccer
balls, a hockey floor set, a stop watch for gym class and a large beverage
cooler. This year's goal is 15,000 labels! Help multiply our
efforts by enlisting your family, neighbors and friends to collect labels on
behalf of the school. Drop them off in the containers at the school or at all
three churches. Contact Tricia Bickley at 803-0172 with any questions.
Gift Bricks!
We invite and welcome all to purchase
a gift brick! Bricks with your name will be engraved and displayed
on a wall near the new school addition. Learn
more.

Attention CCA Students!
We are currently looking for students who are “Giving Back” to
our community. If you have done something within this school year, we
would like to know about it! Examples would be: if you helped an
elderly person with yard work, or donated your time to help someone in need. Remember,
it needs to have happened during this school year. You can either email
the information to: tuz@excel.net or drop a note in the office. Thank
You! --The Communications Committee.
Please keep Mrs. Salzbrenner and her family in your
prayers.
